Meet & Greet the Alpacas

Our Meet & Greet Experience is an activity that allows you to get up close to the alpacas without the walking involved on one of our treks.  It is suitable for children under 6 years who are too young to go on our treks, or for anyone with health or mobility limitations.

You will be introduced to the alpacas, given an informative talk from one of our Trekkies and there will be an opportunity to hand-feed the alpacas their favourite treat. There will also be plenty of time to take those very important pictures to remember your experience.

We do ask that children be supervised at all times, preferably one child per adult.

The time allocated for each session is 40 minutes and is approximate. This includes checking-in and the walk to the paddock. The walk to the paddock may be a short distance away from the meeting point depending on where the alpacas are being kept on the day.
